Gulfstream G650 Rollout
Approximately 7,000 people recently gathered to see the first glimpse of the new Gulfstream Aerospace G650. The crowd consisted of state and local dignitaries, customers, suppliers, members of the development team and employees of the Savannah operation.
The aircraft has an all new fuselage cross section that allows for a wider and taller cabin. The new aircraft can travel 7,000 nautical miles at 0.85 Mach, with a top speed of 0.925 Mach. This will be the fastest civilian aircraft in the sky. The aircraft can climb to 51,000 feet where weather and air traffic will not be a porblem.
